Deut. 29:9-14

"You" = Plural; "You" = Singular

You are standing this day - all of you - before Hashem your G-d: your leaders, your tribes, your elders, your enforcers...(your convert in the midst of your camp)...to induct you in the covenant of Hashem your G-d ...which Hashem your G-d is establishing with you this day, in order to establish you this day for Him as a nation, and He will be for you a G-d as He spoke to you and as He swore to your fathers...and not only with you am I establishing this covenant, ...[but] with he who is standing herewith us this day...and with he who is not here with us this day....
